Preventing, Reacting and Recovering from Workplace Harassment
As part of our National Conference in May, we held a panel discussion on how orchestras can prevent, react and recover from workplace harassment. The moderator of this panel was Marca Strategy‘s Luiza Campos, who also runs the A branded world podcast. The first part of this discussion was featured in the latest episode of her podcast, and outlines some methods to prevent harassment in the workplace, both to protect staff within an organization, and to protect the brand and reputation of the organization itself.
