Director of Member Services and Learning
Lauren Drew is lifelong learner with a passion for the not-for-profit sector. Prior to entering her current role as Director of Member Services & Learning, Lauren enjoyed working with Orchestras Canada for two summers as Conference Manager in 2019 and Meeting & Learning Planner in 2020. Lauren has also worked as an Education Program Coordinator at The Advocates’ Society and in various social and student services roles, including facilitating a 2SLGBTQ+ peer support program.
Lauren holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Trent University, where she undertook an interdisciplinary social sciences program. Lauren has received numerous awards for her academic excellence and community involvement, including the Prestigious Champlain Scholarship. Lauren has volunteered in leadership roles with Ontario Youth Parliament since adolescence and currently sits on the association’s Board of Directors. Lauren also volunteers regularly in peer and crisis support for a local sexual assault centre. She is based in Peterborough, Ontario.
