Lauren Drew is a lifelong learner with a passion for the not-for-profit sector.

Lauren has had the pleasure of working with Orchestras Canada since her summer student days, starting as Conference Manager in 2019 and returning as Meeting & Learning Planner in 2020. She joined the core staff in January 2021 as OC’s first Director of Member Services & Learning. In August 2022 Lauren transitioned into the role of Operations Manager, supporting the smooth behind-the-scenes functioning of our association.

In addition to her roles at OC, Lauren has also worked as an Education Program Coordinator at The Advocates’ Society and in various social and student services roles, including facilitating a 2SLGBTQ+ peer support program.

Lauren holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Trent University, where she undertook an interdisciplinary social sciences program.

Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering, improv, stand-up comedy, visual art, and the cool autumn breeze.

Lauren is based in Montréal, Québec on the traditional lands of the Kanien:keha’ka of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy.
