ArtsBoost: Building a Test & Learn Culture

Date: Friday, December 10, 2021

Time: 12:30-1:30pm ET

Bilingual Session: French simultaneous interpretation is available at this event.

Cost: Free!

The purpose of this free training webinar is to help arts administrators understand how to effectively test and learn from new digital marketing and fundraising activities. The session will cover the steps that arts organizations need to have in place to test and learn in a structured way, including how to identify areas of opportunity, how to design effective experiments, and how to capture and apply learnings. The session will also cover how arts administrators can more broadly drive a ‘digital transformation’ mission within their own organizations that are often averse to risk and change. The format for the session will be interactive and participants will be given actionable tips to put into use for their arts organizations.
