Re-Imagining Customer Relationships

A gathering to envision how Canada’s performing arts sector can forge stronger ties with the public

This project is a joint initiative of CAPACOA, Orchestras Canada, PACT, and the National Arts Centre.  The Nov. 13-14, 2024 gathering is hosted by the National Arts Centre, with facilitation support from WolfBrown.

Daily Schedule

To help you plan your travel, here is some basic information:

– On November 13, the day will start at 8:15 am at the National Arts Centre and end at 5:00 pm, with an optional activity in the evening. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on this day.

– On November 14, the day will start at 8:15 am at the National Arts Centre and end at 3:00 pm. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on this day.

Optional Social Activities

– 7:30 pm: Informal participant meet-up, Lower Level, D’Arcy McGee’s, 44 Sparks Street 

2 activities to choose from:

 5:30 pm: Prix-fixe 3-course dinner at 1 Elgin Restaurant ($68 + tips + drinks) – View the menu
• 5:30 pm: Indigenous Art Walk – 90 minutes long and begins in the lobby at 150 Elgin ($20 if paid cash or e-transfer, or $20 + tax if paid by card)
