Bailey Hoar, Senior Project Manager, joined TDC in 2014. Ms. Hoar works with clients across the sector, with a particular focus on arts and cultural organizations. Her practice focuses on leveraging data to help answer critical questions, spark conversation and reflection, and support strategic decision-making. She works closely with stakeholders across organizations to ensure data is relevant and to make meaning of the findings to arrive at potential implications.

Her work spans strategic business planning projects, targeted research and analysis with individual nonprofit organizations, program management and grant coaching for TDC’s engagements with foundations and philanthropies, and TDC’s sector-wide research engagements.

Before joining TDC, Bailey worked as a project manager for Opera North in Lebanon, New Hampshire, as well as for education, youth services, and performing arts organizations throughout Vermont and New Hampshire. Ms. Hoar is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Dartmouth College with a BA in philosophy and music.
