Who is this for: Leaders and staff members from Canadian orchestras interested in increasing digital discoverability for their orchestras.
Recording: This webinar will be recorded and shared on the Resources section of our website.

Orchestra concert discovery is changing as audiences increasingly turn to search engines, AI-powered tools, event calendars, and other digital platforms to find performances, making it more important than ever for your orchestra’s concert information to be easy for machines to find, understand, and reuse.
Hosted by Orchestras Canada and CAPACOA, and facilitated by Morgan Pannunzio from the Artsdata team, this webinar will explore how authoritative websites, open databases such as Artsdata, and Schema structured data can work together to strengthen the digital presence of orchestral performances.
Participants will learn practical strategies for publishing accurate, machine-readable concert information, connecting it across the wider digital ecosystem, and making that information easier to discover through search engines, AI tools, and other online services. The session will also introduce accessible tools and workflows for creating and publishing structured event data, with examples tailored to orchestras and performing arts organizations.
