Bruno Valet, CRHA, is a seasoned human resource professional with over a decade of progressive experience in organizational development. Based in Montreal, he has built his career at the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal (OSM), where he joined as an HR intern in 2012 and rose to his current role as Director of Human Resources in 2023.

In this senior leadership position, Bruno contributes to strategic planning, oversees collective agreement negotiations, manages the HR team, and advises executive leadership on organizational change. He sits on the OSM’s management committee and participates in board-level HR governance. His expertise spans performance management, compensation and pay equity, disability and workplace accident files, employee recognition, and immigration matters.
Bruno holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from ESG-UQAM and a Graduate Diploma (DESS) in Organizational Development from HEC Montréal. He is a certified CRHA (Chartered Human Resources Professional).

Beyond his HR credentials, Bruno brings a unique creative dimension to his profile — he pursued classical percussion studies at Cégep de Saint-Laurent, reflecting a deep personal connection to the artistic mission of the organization he serves.
