Remuneration:
- Minimum Service Guarantee: 180 services
- Annual Salary [current for 2026-27]: $36,000
- Extra Service Rate: $200.00/service
- Season: mid-September to mid-June [limited services in January/February]
- Benefits: 5% Pension Fund, CPP, EI, cost-shared Group Health Insurance
