Jamie lives in Victoria, British Columbia on the unceded lands of the lək̓ʷəŋən and W̱SÁNEĆ peoples. They are completing a double major BFA at the University of Victoria in Theatrical Production and Management and Creative Writing. Though Jamie is primarily a stage manager, they have explored many avenues of theatre and enjoy working in as many artistic disciplines as they can get their hands on. With a passion for strange and experimental art, Jamie writes poetry, builds props, works front of house, and writes the occasional short story. At Orchestras Canada, Jamie is excited to learn more about arts administration and communication. In their free time, Jamie enjoys playing dungeons and dragons and rereading Sylvia Plath’s Ariel.
