Hanna Johannesson is a musician and educator currently based in Montreal, Quebec. She recently earned her B.Mus (Flute Performance Concentration) with a double major in Psychology from McGill University.

Hanna has spent the past several years engaged in initiatives related to music, social justice, and wellness. For three years, she held the position of Vice-President Equity and Wellness for the McGill Music Undergraduate Student Association, and was an active member of Climate Action Justice McGill.

Moving forward, Hanna hopes to continue working in the orchestral sector while pursuing further studies in flute performance and music therapy. She aims to carve a multifaceted career path that prioritizes making orchestral music an accessible, safe, and inclusive space for all. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, bouldering, and discovering new cafes.
