National Audition

Remuneration: The Collective Agreement provides for the following wages and conditions for the 2026-2027 season.

• Services: minimum 56
• Benefits: Group Benefit Plan + 14% CFM – Musicians’ Pension Fund of Canada contribution
• Compensation – Principal: $166.22 per service + 4% vacation pay + $40.88 per service expense payment.
• Musicians living outside the Okanagan Valley receive a travel allowance for concert weeks based on city of residence plus shared hotel accommodation.

The Core musicians of the Okanagan Symphony Orchestra are members of the Canadian Federation of Musicians.
