There will be a workshop portion to illustrate how to interpret them.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Session 2: Debt and Deficits <\/strong>[January 19th, 11:00am-1:00pm]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\"> What to know about current and impending deficits, with a new section on the impacts of COVID on analyzing financial trends. There will be a workshop portion to discuss different scenarios and potential solutions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Session 3: Policies, Procedures, and Internal Controls for Small Organizations <\/strong>[January 26th, 11:00am-1:00pm]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\"> Best practices for internal financial policies for small organizations, including a brief section of how COVID affects policy making. There will be a workshop portion to discuss different scenarios and potential solutions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Session 4: The Impacts of COVID on Financial Planning <\/strong>[February 2nd, 11:00am-1:00pm]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Dealing with surpluses due to decreased expenses\/activity during the period of COVID, and planning budget scenarios.
